WPSPACE Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WPSPACE hosting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use or register.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Permitted Use

• Hosting services must be used only for websites built with WordPress. Any other platform usage will result in automatic account suspension and removal of the site.
• Sites must not host or link to adult content, gambling, illegal or obscene material, or violate any applicable laws. Breaches will lead to immediate suspension of your account.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to publish or facilitate:

• Adult/explicit material
• Gambling or gaming content
• Illegal drugs or illicit content
• Hacking, malware, or illicit code
• Copyright infringement
• Spam, phishing, or abusive behavior

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and content removal.

5. Billing, Suspension & Termination

• Services require timely payment of invoices via FOSSBilling.
• Automatic suspension: If an invoice becomes overdue past the grace period, your services will be automatically suspended.
• Services will be terminated permanently if outstanding payments are not resolved after additional days.
• Upon suspension or termination, content may be removed without refund.

6. Account Suspension for Unauthorized Use

• Non-WordPress sites or prohibited content discovered will be suspended without notice and may be permanently deleted.
• You waive any claims for refunds or damages resulting from such suspension or removal.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• We reserve all rights to trademarks, logos, and services of WPSPACE.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our service is provided “as-is.”
• We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or damages resulting from service usage or suspension, to the full extent allowed by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WPSPACE and its staff against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or dashboard — continued use after changes means acceptance.
