How to Install WordPress from Hestia Control Panel

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• Pointed your domain’s A record to your hosting IP.
• Enabled a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for your domain.

Step 1: Log in to Hestia Control Panel

1. Log in to your Client Dashboard.
2. Go to Services and select your hosting service.
3. Click the Login to Control Panel button.
4. Enter your username and password (from your hosting welcome email) and click Login.

Step 2: Access the Web Domain Settings

1. In Hestia, go to the Web tab.
2. Find your domain name in the list and click Edit.
   

Step 3: Install WordPress

1. In the Hestia Control Panel, click Quick Install App from the top navigation bar.
   
2. Choose WordPress from the list of available applications.
3. Fill in the installation details:
   • Site Name – Your website’s title.
   • Username – For the WordPress admin account.
   • Password – A strong password for the admin account.
   • Email – Admin contact email address.
   • Language – Select your preferred WordPress language.
4. Click Install.

Step 4: Wait for Installation

• The installer will create the WordPress database and configure your site.
• Once complete, you’ll see a success confirmation message.
• Your WordPress site will be ready to use at https://yourdomain.com.

Step 5: Log in to WordPress

1. Visit your WordPress admin URL: https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin
2. Enter your admin credentials from Step 3.
3. You can now start customizing your site, installing plugins, and adding content.

Step 6: Configure Cache Plugins for Optimal Performance

The WordPress installation from Hestia will pre-install Hestia Nginx Cache and Redis Object Cache plugins.
